I cannot believe Henderson has no desire to go on loan.
He plays weekly and as well as last season and he gets a spot in the Euros squad.

It's weird with keepers. I don't know why anyone would want to come in as a number 2 over playing week in week out. We've got Steffen in as our backup, it might be good experience for him to spend a year here and play the odd cup game but eventually you want to be playing.

Yeah at least being an outfield player, you can rotate in the side, come off the bench, occasional starts, even if you know you're not in the best XI. But a keeper doesnt get that, outside of the occasional cup game, you barely play and you never get a sniff at any big games without some kind of injury to the No.1.

I understand some players, older veterans, happy to back up at a big club, maybe get a chance like Adrian did last year to play in the Club World Cup and Super Cup etc... but a young guy like Henderson, I'd want to be playing week in and week out, not sitting and watching De Gea every week. Particularly when you know you're good enough to start for a lot of the teams in the league.
