What happens for Kane if not City? If City went for, say, Haaland instead - Kane is almost locked out of anywhere else by his own price.
If option 2 fails, Option 1 - stays at Spurs :)

Levy won't sell
Kane is our best player & has 3 years left
He won't sulk on the bench. There's a WC next year.
Kane brings spectators & we need spectators

I can't see Levy selling the player that will bring revenue through to the stadium.

Yep exactly.

I think Sullivan would be all over Tammy on a loan. The thing is if you can't get 40M for him, do you keep him and try to sell him in the next window if he builds his value back up etc.
I think we'll do the right thing by Tammy and allow him to get where he wants smoothly.

And im just joking about Rice, i dont think anyone could afford what you'd rightly want for him. Sounds like we are chasing one of Weigl or Tchouameni, which isnt a bad fall back option..

Mbappe isnt going though.

None of the big time players are moving this summer. Sancho, Haaland, Mbappe, Mane, Salah etc... it would cost eye watering money to get a player like that and no club is in a situation to make it happen given Covid.

Ruhr Nachrichten: Jadon Sancho will be much likelier to leave Dortmund after the Euros, rather than before, due to current uncertainties and the lack of time to get a transfer done. If someone pays the fee of 'not far below €100m', Sancho would be the domino to start transfer spending at Dortmund

BILD:

Sancho has been told he can leave Borussia Dortmund this summer, yet it’ll take a transfer between €90m and €100m including bonuses.

Sancho is likely to be one of the biggest stars of Euro 2020, so his value (which is currently put at €100m) ‘could explode’.

The Red Devils have been ‘warned’, given they know Liverpool and Chelsea are also keen on the signing.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side faced transfer ’embarrassment’ last summer when they failed to take Sancho to Old Trafford, and it would be the same this time around if a rival like Liverpool or Chelsea were to get in ahead.

As for Borussia Dortmund, they’re said to be targeting Lille’s Jonathan Ikoné as a replacement.

Not so long ago, the Sancho fee had been dragged down as low as €80m, it would appear BVB are making efforts to change that.

Wouldn't surprise me if United out a contract extension in front of.him but it would be good for Jesse to.move on. At his age he should be starting every week. I'd hope that United would help him get to where he wants to go. I think we'd ask for 25m but would settle for 20m.
Yep think that's entirely reasonable. Part of me wonders if he'll put in a transfer request if it doesn't be allowed to go also.

That's the hope on Rice.

The goal he scored yesterday, people underestimate his power and pace, he could easily score 10 a season if he played box to box instead of as a pure DM, but he's so good at breaking up the play.

Nico Schira] Gigio Donnarumma will leave ACMilan as a free agent. Juventus are in pole position: ready 5-years contract (€10M net/year).
