If there’s no buyback/resale percentage and this goes through I’ll actually be pretty mad at the club. 40m is a steal, regardless of whether I rate him or not

I think City's shopping list has to wait until the Europe ban is confirmed. Could change everything for them as big time players might not want to join without CL football for two years. Particularly guys in that 28 year old range. Spending two years of your prime outside Europe. Be interesting to see as well if some players would want out.
