There has been smoke about dest to Bayern for a long time.
Given the pavard injury they may ramp up efforts.
Leverkusen makes sense also, they seem to have a wonderkid buying policy. And the poms go to Germany more often
On some occasions, Duncan Wright from the Sun said something similar this morning so he's probably just run with that, I don't believe the story is true based on sources who are closer to the club.

It's going to become the norm.
Sancho, Bennetts, Lookman, Matondo, Oxford.
Bellingham now over there.
Out of site, out of mind, they become more exotic to fans and the media without seeing them week in week out without seeing any of their flaws.
The German clubs have cottoned onto the fact that they can essentially siphon some of the EPL TV money via targeting young English players and sell them back for big profits.
It's going to be interesting to see how much it strengthens some of these German sides in the long run.
