Pretty funny how I read in this thread that he's on his way to Manchester and then Juve in the space of a few hours. No accountability on these reporters.
Insert player name insert club i am now a journalist

On the flip side you could just say that Dortmund not being realistic with his value is pissing him off, it isn't but we can say it for added drama.

And more breaking news just in.

What tier / reliability is the daily mail ?
On a Liverpool discord I'm part of, this is their graph. (Cropping out the top tier because they don't matter in terms of transfers for every club)

Manchester United officials frustrated with 'deliberately placed bogus transfer stories' as they describe reports of deal for Wolves ace Raul Jimenez as 'utter nonsense'

You forgot to add in "sources tell me" ;)

By MIKE KEEGAN FOR THE DAILY MAIL
Officials at Manchester United[which ones?] are growing increasingly frustrated at what they [who?] see as deliberately placed bogus transfer stories attempting to generate interest in players and increase prices.

Last week, Portuguese media linked the club with a move for Wolves forward Raul Jimenez, a story which a United insider [...] described as 'utter nonsense'.

There is a belief at Old Trafford that agents feel the club are an easy target, and that if they can get them linked with certain players it will be in their own interests. 'The Jimenez story making the gossip page on the BBC's website certainly did not help,' the source added. [oh]

Juve can have him.

Raul next to Ronaldo with Dybala possibly behind with the likes of De Ligt, Arthur looks pretty solid + Sandro, Cuadrado for width

i think the jimenez style would do very well in italy

I think Dortmund has had enough of getting ripped off for quality players.

Watzke, Zorc and the like always seem to talk a big game. How certain players are not avaiable and then they end up leaving when enough dollars are flashed. Dembele, Pulisic, Aubmeyang, Mkhitaryan... normally the player seems to want out too.

It would be cool if Haaland and Sancho stayed there for 5 years but it doesnt look like the will stop being a selling club? corona smashed the germans too

100million is pretty handy too in theory you should be able to finish the squad a lot stronger than with Sancho? many interesting options Fati? Sarr (Watford), Saka? (Arsenal), Diaby (Bayer), CHO, Chukwueze, Dwight McNeil, Zaha, Oyarzabal...

Can't see us selling. We are probably looking for an extra CB after just selling Lovren.

What's happened to DiMarzio? He used to be the transfer god
Think he started to become a mouth piece for Juve? one of the italian clubs

we do have like a 10-15% sell on clause, so they're obviously maximizing how much they get while taking that into account

has always been more reliable for some clubs than others

It's probably one of the big issues that is holding up any deal. Win/win for city.
