PSG, Dortmund and Monaco all weirdly linked to Zaha overnight.
mike123 any truth to the Dybala rumours? Seems odd that Juventus would again look to sell him after the top season he had.
Is it true Pirlo wants Pogba back?

Yeh i think it'd be good, he worked under Bielsa at Marseille too so the system wouldnt be a shock to him. Not sure about the price though.I think Bats would be a great get for Leeds(doubt we'd get €25m though), he scored plenty at better clubs like Marseille, Dortmund and Palace.

Wouldn't pay more than 10M for Bats to be fair.
I think we'll take whatever we can get(not €25m), maybe even a loan with you guys covering his wages and you'll get him for free at the end.Yeh i think it'd be good, he worked under Bielsa at Marseille too so the system wouldnt be a shock to him. Not sure about the price though.
It's going to court. Our GM has already stated the case won't affect the transfer budget.
Similar grounds to the Harrison loan, where the loan had technically expired so the future fee of 8m was void as the loan contract had technically ended. Hence we've taken him on loan again and as a make good, the option is now 10m.
We only had an obligation with JKA if we were promoted. Given the loan contract had technically finished because of Covid and we weren't yet promoted, we've voided the deal.
Bielsa doesn't want him as he wasn't prepared to train hard enough for his standards and Leipzig don't want him back.
Seems a bit of a snide way to back out of a deal. It's going to court. Our GM has already stated the case won't affect the transfer budget.

such a shame to see the long time 3rd biggest club in spain brought to it's knees.
UEFA, and FIFA and La Liga should be all over this sort of stuff.

We got promoted.LOL what a flimsy argument. I was told he was going to be a gun for you, what happened??

LOL what a flimsy argument. I was told he was going to be a gun for you, what happened??
Which means you need to buy him.
There's no "flimsy". There's right and wrong in contract law, it's fairly black and white most of the time.
So we will wait and see what the courts decide, we are clearly trying to take advantage of the situation though.
Do we? You need to jump on the blower and tell the Leeds top brass of your extensive experience in UK contract law then.
They could add you to the legal team before they drop £20m in the upcoming legal fees and potential additional compensation.
i assume leeds will try and argue that they were officially promoted after the clause had expired. how that can hold up i have no ideaContract says if Leeds promoted Leeds buy player.
Leeds try to argue against this.
Seems only one party isn't abiding by the black and white of contracts.
