Wonder if Neymar and Mbappe stick around at PSG?

Mbappe is running his contract down despite the Qataris throwing obscene money at him to sign a new deal. If he doesnt sign a new deal I can see him leaving next summer. This summer nobody can afford him realistically.

Surely he is Madrid bound. 750k is mouthwatering.

He is the natural successor to Benzema I think.

They can't afford him this year due covid pandemic, PSG would be demanding 200m for him. 2021 summer window with 1 year on his deal more likely.

Or he signs at Liverpool on a free in 2022. :D:D:D

I thought exemptions were possible if a strict protocol was followed. It was for the Man City vs Real 2nd leg.

Nope.

Liverpool as a squad training in Austria have been given one.

But the FA has been clear in recent days that elite footballers being transferred from clubs/areas requiring quarantine will have to isolate for the 14 days. No exceptions.

I think Neymar and mbappe sign new deals. No one they wanna keep leaves the golden cage.

Neymar maybe but the mail out of France is unlikely for Mbappe unless PSG agrees to a Real Madrid clause on his new deal. Makes sense, Mbappe is coming into the peak years of his career, doesn't make sense to waste them in Ligue 1 tied to PSG regardless of what contracts are on offer.

He may even end up seeing out his current contract until 2022. Imagine what he could get as a free transfer.

Real didn't have to complete a 14 day quarantine for the second leg against City - this despite it happening after 14 day quarantine was required for arrivals from Spain.

Madrid got smashed by Corona. 3/4million a week is no joke for a wage. Offer. Plus big oil dollars signing fee.

I think he will stay.

Psg is a better project - they will keep adding big names around him. Neymar. Verrsti. Marquhinos. Etc.

Like I said, teams are different to individual players.

I can't find the confirmation, but if the player is being transferred from a quarantine required location, he has to self isolate for the 14 days, irregardless if he is a footballer or not.

This has been brought up and answered in the UK media quite a bit in the last week.

PSG a better project? Lol. We'll see. At this stage, it is pretty telling that Mbappe won't commit to PSG with 750k/week on offer. No matter how much money PSG have they don't offer a lot to world class young footballers entering their prime years.
