Sure it was a amazing season, Suarez and Sturridge pretty much carried Liverpool but unfortunately the title was bottled away at the end with the Chelsea loss.
Taking 4 points out of the last 9 when 7 were needed. Liverpool were amazing to get to the position they were in but they then bottled it

38 out of 42 points to finish the season is not a bottle job no matter what way you play it.
Wasn't 40 out of the last 45 points we won and still lost the title? Some bottlejob.

Liverpool were in a winning position with 3 games to go and lost it. That is the definition of bottling it.
They were great to put themselves in that position but in the end bottled it.
Going back to 2015/16, if Tottenham won 8 and drew 1 of their last 10 they still wouldn't have won the title. If they won the 8 games in a row to start then lost the title because they drew and lost their last 2 games that would be bottling it.

We dropped 5 points in our last 3 games (which means your stat is wrong btw) and that is a bottle job whatever way you look at it. The previous 10 games are irrelevant.
