There are plenty of footballers Fab has said United have been into this summer that haven’t come close to happening. If these transfers happen in the end, fair enough. If they don’t, then it’s not a very good look.

Wow club pursues player that doesn't eventuate in a signing, quelle horreur.

[Di Marzio] AC Milan are back on Kristoffer Ajer, meeting to take place next week with Celtic in regards to a possible deal. His price tag is €15m, Milan would like to take him an loan with option to buy that could become obligation based on certain objectives

[Chris Williams] - Schalke sources confirm Liverpool have contacted them about Ozan Kabak. Official line - squad is settled & not for disruption now season is underway. Privately told an offer around €25m could force a rethink.

Then what is your complaint about my post?

You saying that him reporting events has somehow tarnished his credibility when he's been so accurate with transfers.

Awesome! Let’s just give a contract to every footballer in Europe but not make a bid to the players club. Hell of a plan.

Give one to Gotze and the deal would actually go through.

That's not true.

TWO DONE DEALS..... ⭕ #lfc sign Diego Jota for £45m on a five-year contract. Initial fee of £41m rising to £45m. ⭕ Ki-Jana Hoever going in the opposite direction in a £13.5m deal. £9m guaranteed/£4.5m in add-ons. #lfc have negotiated 15% sell-on clause

Great piece of work by Wolves and a good get for Liverpool. Wolves get a very good fee and a potentially very good RB (Hoever says it's his preferred position). We also have cover for Jota in Neto and Podence.

Liverpool have done well as I believe that Jota will play better in the more attack minded formations that Klopp plays. With players such as Sane and Salah to pull defenders away from him I believe that he will have an easier job of dribbling through defenses and setting up goals for the other strikers. It was all counter attack at Wolves, where he was still good but should look better at Liverpool.

Should be the definition of a win-win.

Hoever is very talented. Disappointed if there is no buyback clause. 9m +4m is still great busoness for a youf player though.

Weve needed depth in attack for ages. Jota may even take Bobby's place in 2-3 years time if it happens.

Disappointed to lose Hoever. I am convinced he’s going to be a brilliant footballer. Incredibly skillful, balanced. Looking forward to seeing him get an opportunity at Wolves.
