Unless we win every trophy and owners think we can do it again. I dunno. Don't see us buying mbappe and I don't see us keeping both. I'm surprised one hasn't been sold already to be honest.

I don't think anyone can afford to buy either of them. Barca and Madrids days of doing completely stupid transfers are over. And neither Salah or Mane are going to PSG. Who are the suitors?

Also, Nike will have a lot to do with where Mbappe ends up

It's literally not.

Last year of his contract, youth player, England youth int, no opportunity, plenty in front of him in the same position?

OK.

Anyway it seems like Brighton don’t want to sell, so will be interesting if he runs his contract down and it ends with a tribunal fee.

Play him on the counter attack with his only talent, speed.

Probably would help if you played him on the left side.

Anyway, he doesn’t have to be a world beater.

Might enable us to move Harrison to LB.

You? He's not an everton player. And it doesn't matter what side you play him on, he doesn't have the ability

Not out of contract, hasn't turned down a contract extension yet, isn't in the running for first XI football in the PL, hasn't requested to be sold to another club.

Personally I wish we would sell him on as he comes with a mouthy delusional parent.

He is out of contract at the end of the season, exactly the same scenario as when you negotiated the fee with Chelsea. I don’t think Lamptey ever requested a transfer, he just informed Chelsea he wasn’t going to re-sign and Chelsea subsequently cashed him in.

Fair enough, I probably saw more of him at Swansea though so my opinion I swayed by that.

As I said we don’t need him to be Sancho, he needs to be a bottom half standard player on what would be a reasonable fee.

A championship side. He didn't even dominate for a championship side.

Leeds fans are entertaining. Constantly rubbishing the signings of other clubs but every transfer of theirs is a thrifty masterstroke for a world class/future world class player. Has been comical.

And yep other clubs fans can operate on a similar line of opinion but no one does it to the extent or level of delusion as Leeds fans.

They’re a unique assortment of minds, that’s for sure.

Which Leeds fans have rubbished other teams signings? Who do you support these days? Villa, Chelsea, Spurs?

Hopefully this bloke can help our defence.

Don’t hold back you know you want to describe him as similar to Maldini but better on the ball, superior defensively and more versatile.

Let’s see what a decent manager can do with him. Not a Norwegian PE teacher.

The Norwegian PE teacher might not be up to the job but he actually has a pretty good track record of working with young attacking players.

Martial and Rashford have taken their game to a new level under him. Greenwood developing nicely too. Haaland has spoken at length about the influence Ole had on his finishing. Ronaldo also developed his goal scoring game at United by doing extra training sessions with Ole on finishing...

I'd like to see James get more of a chance on the left before I completely write him off but technically he's nowhere near PL standard, unfortunately.

Which signings have Leeds fans constantly rubbished??

Apparently Liverpool have agreed a £36 Million fee for Watford's Ismaila Sarr.
Would definitely be an interesting signing, but would surely mean farewell for a couple other players though.

Exactly. There's a pretty big difference in being a champions league level player to being a player to help us beat relegation. Is he an upgrade on Harrison or Costa? Maybe not, but he's definitely an upgrade on Alioski & Poveda who would have to play if one of those guys went down.
Would happily take him on loan.

Our owners have a buy young, develop and then sell while they are in their peak/last contract system. There is no way I expect Salah and mane to both be at Liverpool next season. I'd keep them obviously but owners I think want to sell and then buy and develop another young star. Etc.
Go home bro, you're drunk.

Mbappe to Liverpool is just paper talk. His agent using us to make sure Real Madrid comes to the party because Madrid know they are in the driving seat as he only wants to go to Madrid.

We cant afford his wages anyways so it's a moot point.

The Suarez one is weird. I know Barca have to rebuild and the squad is old but I would have thought Suarez would want to be kept despite his age. He's just sheer quality and still scores goals for fun. I would have thought both him and Messi would be kept whilst offloading all the older players.

Maybe the Italians don’t want Luis Suarez anywhere near their country. Could you imagine the headline, “Luis Suarez bites footballing great and global icon Cristiano Ronaldo”. It might actually destroy society as we know it.
