Ok, then why do you only have 1 fit midfielder at your club according to your fans?

Wouldn't there be a further 10 midfielders in your u/23 side that are also suitably fit? Or are they not a part of the Liverpool Football Club?

Sides play u/23 academy prospects all the time.

I think being a run of the mill PL2 side (8th) is probably the reason.

£70m on a B grader like Naby Keita is the reason you are in your predicament. If you had of spent just a fraction of that beefing up your academy, you might have more depth. £70m should ne you the best CM midfielder in the world, yet you got Jack Cork 2.0 .....

Dont know what fans you're talking about. We have three fit first choice mids at the moment. Thiago, Gini and Jones. Our other first choice mids are out, Keita, Hendo, Fabinho, Milner. Oh Ox is fit if you consider him a mid.

We dont have a lot of great young kids coming through. Well I mean we found two diamonds in TAA and Jones though so I guess we're going ok.

Hopefully we get a few back soon.

Nah, we are going to chase a pure number 9.

Those two guys a are better playing off someone. Werners suited to being a left sided number 10 so to speak, not stand alone CF.

I think Havertz can fill a role as a CF, but not full-time. He'll end up being a CM.

I actually wonder about Brighton for Tammy, but think he'd be aiming higher at least initially.

We pretty much spent what we banked from the transfer ban period, but it feels like Roman is going to take advantage of the relaxed FFP period.

CF and CB are where I'd be strengthening so its great the club feels the same way.
