The only reported figure is total wage bill in the annual accounts.
Liverpools was £310m in 18/19, Spurs £179m.
I would like to know the logic these journos use when reporting these figures. If Liverpool paid out £310M in wages across the 2018/19 season, would that mean that if Liverpool had 30 footballers on their books, each player had an annual salary of £10.3M or £193k a week?
I am not saying it’s not true because I don’t know what else goes into a wage bill but it does seem a bit far fetched.

Pretty obvious that Messi was playing to get rid of Bartomeu all along. Would be a surprise if members voted for a Bartomeu candidate to replace him, he's pretty much a crook.

How every Premier League club’s wage bill compares to their league position - Planet Football
Liverpool 6th on the wage bill ladder buddy
Sancho was gone if utd paid near the asking price.
Haaland has a clause and his agent wants the money
*If they paid the actual asking price
*A clause for 2022

But you didnt sell him to buy. You sold him because he didnt want to pay for you.He was our best midfielder before he went on strike. He still played 20 games up until the Jan window when he left.
You didnt really weaken the squad seeing as Coutinho didnt want to play for you and was faking an injury so he didnt have to.
So Mbappe is as good as staying at PSG thenDuncan Castles saying mbappe to lfc.
Not bad for a poor club

Was more thinking Duncan Castles is useless. No one escapes the golden cage
There is a clause this season too. No?
At a higher price.
Or has that since changed?
Zidane has a part to play with Pogba going there but it is just Real Madrids stature as a club i would assume why he wants to go.
It's never happening. We dont buy from the top shelf. Thiago would be the only world class player we have ever bought and there was mitigating circumstances into getting him over the line.Duncan Castles saying mbappe to lfc.

We always buy on the about to be world class rung. The sneaky buys where we bet on players becoming world class. Long list there... Alonso, Mascherano, Torres, Suarez, Sterling, Alisson, Van Dijk, Fabinho, Mane, Salah, Firmino etc etc
Guys like Mbappe, Haaland just are never going to happen IMO.
