Sport.de are also running with a similar story so it's getting some legs. I don't think Sport1 are bad, I just don't like to treat single source news articles with much.

What we know:

1) Schalke need to shed wages and make money
2) Liverpool won't pay his release clause

Reckon he'd be a pretty classic Leicester signing tbh.... and Leipzig will have lots of cash, an empty backline, and they know what they get with him. Read on Sport.de that United and Palace are also tracking him.

I can assure that Kabak is not on the United list for CBs, it's Varane, Torres and Kounde.
