And the best striker in the EPL is available for 150 mil and they think they will be able to talk Daniel Levy of all people down to a lower price? It is just not going to happen.

They need to pay the fee or move onto another target.

If they think Kane is not worth 150m, then that's fine they should sign someone else, rather than do nothing.
