So there's still a release fee, just not in the 75-100 region?

He said there’s a gentleman’s agreement between the parties relating to certain clubs and certain amounts - but not for that amount.

So there’s no actual fee that a club can simply activate. Of course BVB won’t be dicks about it if RM offer 130m euro… but there’s nothing official.
