Big enough to not need games postponed after a player gets a red card, I'd say?

If a player, current club and new club have all agreed for him to move on it really isn't fair to stop them from leaving on the basis they are needed to reduce the chances of a postponement for their current club.

Yep its a s**t rule. No club should ever be involved in the postponement decision process. It should all be based on health authority information only. They know who is positive. Who has to isolarte and whether an outbreak is likely.

I bet there will be massive relegation battle games where this will come to a head later in the season. Team a has a few cases plus injuries. Demands postponement because of precedent set earlier in the season. Team B demands game be played because its the best chance for them to get 3 points. Shitfight follows. You heard it here first.
