West Ham have “apparently” put bids in for Raphinha and Phillips…surely they have more pressing areas to fill rather than a CDM and a winger.

Reckon Phillips is an interesting one and one more so a marker for the summer.

If say Rice goes for 100M, spending say 50M on Phillips and the rest of Jonathan David and KLP would be decent business.

Or even if Rice stays, Soucek has been poor this season, Phillips probably an upgrade.

Would think we'd need European Football next season to tempt him though, so top 6 finish required.

And obviously Leeds probably don't want to sell their 2 best players either...

Phillips is not a 50mil player. Decent player but I thought he was easily England's weakest at the Euros.
