St Maximin is in better form isn't he? Maybe as a squad rotation between the two.

He can play both inside forward roles and as a second striker. That is very valuable. Nothing wrong with having 2 good players in each position either. It's a long season.

I can't see that happening for a variety of reasons but mainly due to Real Madrids finances and recent transfer strategy.
