Realistically Levy doesn't budge. But if City really wanted to force his hand an offer that is too good to refuse could get it done.

I don't think 130-150m will be considered that by Levy.
100m + 1 player probably not either, maybe if it is Laporte.
80-100m + 2 players and it has to be looked at. Personally I think we'd probably be better off doing the deal.

We would struggle to convince 1 City player to make that move let alone 2.

Maybe someone like Ake and Jesus would but why would Laporte or Sterling.

You should take 100m + Jesus. That's a pretty good deal for Spurs. Laporte / Sterling very unlikely.

But in saying that if they have top 4/big club aspirations they need to hold onto Kane and hope he changes his mind. Im guessing this is why no decent manager wants to go there.

As with Art if it doesnt start with a 2 they can GAGF.

I've thought we should go down the English/Championship style recruitment philosophy the past few years. In the past targeting players like Konsa, Watkins, Cantwell, Aarons, Grealish, Eze etc. and now that would mean Olise, Fry, Watkins, Ejaria, Dickie, Marcus Tarvenier.

Those cheap young english types have worked well for us in the past but with Paratici joining it seems unlikely we go down this path.
