Farke and Tuchel have a relationship from Dortmund too(play similar footy as well) so I'd be pretty happy with this.

When Tuchel was manager, Farke was head of the U23s (Or maybe the 21s) so Farke's pretty used to developing Tuchel's players . Brilliant loan imo, given Norwich's gameplan I reckon Gilmour will probably be deployed in a slightly more attacking role which will be interesting to see. He should get good game time too, assuming Norwich don't bring in another mid.
