I honestly think a lot of teams just don't have the finances 2 years into Covid and there's a lot of hesitancy to jump into the market if you don't know if crowds will be there all season etc.

Of the chasing pack we seem to be the only one not strengthening. Its a bit worrying.

45m euros. United have done some great business so far this summer.

With this deal done, I'd expect Pogba to PSG for similar money to get done pretty soon.
