You sort of undermine any leverage you have if you're Kane when you say "I'll keep giving it my all if I don't get sold." To me that says, unless Man City stump up the 150-160m fee that Spurs are looking for then there is no chance Spurs will sell Kane. Don't think it gets much more complicated than that.

Levy isn't lying to him, all indications are that Levy will sell Kane once the right offer is received for him. Even with the stuff that obviously comes form his brother / agent in the press nowhere has it been stated that Levy would sell Kane under any agreement for a set price. So far the offers received are way off the mark and only just above market value. 160m pound + is now the starting point for negotiations realistically. So no agreement has been broken. Making out like Harry Kane is hard done by here is mind numbingly stupid. If the transfer fails he's still got a 200k / week contract to fall back on for the next 3 years at least.

He gets 296k as it is. No question he’s meeting his bonus clauses to get the extra 96k p/w.

I think Kane has disrespected his boyhood club Arsenal enough already given the career he's had for Tottenham. What else could he do at this point?
