Doubling his wages would help.

Could see this being a bad deal for both parties. He is already the top earner on 200k a week. 50k a week more than the next highest which is Son who just signed a new 150k a week deal. Doubling Kane to 400k ends up either causing a huge divide in the squad with someone getting paid more than 2x more than the next highest earner. Or we re-sign a heap more players on new improved deals, but where does that leave Son and his recent 6 year deal.

We've just got to ride this one out and let Kane leave for free from here in 3 years time. Build around him and hope we land a League Cup or FA Cup with the occasional top 4 fight. No bid will ever be worth accepting in 6-12 months time. And paying him more after he angled to leave when he is already on way more than the next best player is a terrible idea.

I would think Sevilla need to make the sale, they want the buyout but each day it gets closer to the window shutting.
