One thing I will say is Laporta really has done well slashing the wage bill at Barca. Its gonna be a painful season for them but they will be in a good place to rebuild in 12 months time.
He's certainly got a lot of money off the books, but its debateable how well its been done given guys like Umtiti/Coutinho/Dembele are still at Barca. Also, with wages still at 80-85% of revenue, there is more cutting that needs to be done

BBC Sport's gossip page is suggesting Real Madrid will bid for both Mbappe and Haaland next year. It's also saying Chelsea's desire for Haaland has been dented by his reported demand for £825,000 a week [emoji54]

Isn't Mbappe a free agent next year?

Mbappe is out of contract. Real he probably sign him and Pogba for free(or just a signing on bonus) and Haaland for his €75m release. Nice rebuild.

I'd forgotten about Mbappe's contract. Still, imagine the wage bill for him, Haaland and Pogba!

£1.5m-£2m a week I'd have thought. £50-£100m in sign on fees. £50-£100m in Agent fees. Imagine getting 2 Raiola clients in 1 window. Would bankrupt most clubs.

Fulham spent more than the rest of the Championship combined, and even then their main transfer was done with a back-ended fee.

Read yesterday that we had the 6th highest

in England over the pandemic period (last three windows). Behind United, Chelsea, Arsenal, Villa (I think) and Spurs :D

So it's not our fault this time.

You'd be looking at him for a backup right winger perhaps.

Reckon he ends up at Watford joining Sissoko.

Once they have 12 months of normal revenue they will be in a good place. Dembele gone in 2022.

Suspect they wont have much trouble refinancing their debt long term. And dont be surprised if they ask all 140,000 shareholders to kick in an extra 100 euro each to help them recover.

From an Arsenal group I am in on FB

The guy who hasn't played a game is a poor signing, but a guy our biggest rival couldn't get rid of and is full of brainfades is a better option.

Okay you ****ing peanut.
