To answer your original question. United want both. Rice this summer and Bellingham next summer or the one after. Bellingham will be circa £100m too. BVB won't sell him for £50-60m which some poster thought given that United bid £30m for him as a 17 year old and he is a much better player now than he was then.

If he's worth the same this summer as Rice, then Rice is even more the better option. The only thing going for Bellingham at this stage is his age and cheaper price tag.
