As for his durability, he barely missed a game prior to promotion and played every minute of Englands Euro campaign in the summer, it's just been bad timing and last years injury was an impact shoulder injury.

West Ham put in a 50 mil bid in January for him, they’re top 6. To say he’s ‘not a chance’ to start for mid table teams is laughable.
I don’t think he’s the best player or anything, but he’s definitely good enough to start for majority of premier league teams.
