Its been bandied about many times as one of his demands. I dont see Bayern ever paying more than about 350k / week for any footballer with perhaps Mbappe as an exception being a freebie (not happening in any case).

West Ham put in a 50 mil bid in January for him, they’re top 6. To say he’s ‘not a chance’ to start for mid table teams is laughable.
I don’t think he’s the best player or anything, but he’s definitely good enough to start for majority of premier league teams.

Yeah if half these teams have players like Bissouma or Neves and got phillips.

I definitely hope he stays as I said earlier…we play so much better with him in the team. Just a little surprised by some posters (lower) opinion of him.

They were trying to buy a replacement for Rice before selling him in the summer.
