I'd consider Neymar on loan but make sure his contract stiuplates no wages to be paid from the start of march to the start of may every season. Because we all know that's when he has his annual holiday.

Messi isn't that surprising at his age really and his dealing with the enemy (Saudi Arabia). The Mbappe contract extension was most bizarre. Macron got involved, his mother was in discussions with the Emir of Qatar. Totally inappropriate for a player contract extension discussion. Announced his contract could not be extended past the 3 year extension unless they win the Champions League. Plenty of talk in France it was just because the Qataris wanted him to be a PSG player when Qatar 22 was on and that they have an unofficial agreement he can leave in summer.
Don't think PSG would be too concerned if Messi / Neymar left if they brought quality in. Losing Mbappe would be the killer for them.
