Displaces Bruno instantlyGreat get for United
obviously players come and go bit it still just looks odd when guys with nearly 250 appearances leave. will be interested to see if he can take his game to a new level as the main guy, I feel he sacrificed a lot of his game while with us for the good of the teamGood thanks

Didn’t suggest they were. Obviously Europa league ambitions outweighed a sense of thanks for unique circumstancesThey aren't entitled to him.
They aren't entitled to him.
There is very little loyalty in football and it works both ways. Brentford got the benefit of a player they wouldn't normally be able to attract to them. I doubt they are angry about it.Didn’t suggest they were. Obviously Europa league ambitions outweighed a sense of thanks for unique circumstances
Erikesen is 30, not 36 and over the hill. There is very little loyalty in football and it works both ways. Brentford got the benefit of a player they wouldn't normally be able to attract to them. I doubt they are angry about it.
Yeah fair enough point. He did keep them up so favour repaid I guessThere is very little loyalty in football and it works both ways. Brentford got the benefit of a player they wouldn't normally be able to attract to them. I doubt they are angry about it.

Brentford is the prettier girl. United have spent 2 months trying to sign FDJ and now they're going to Eriksen as a back up? Or are they going to do an Everton and sign a billion number 10s. Surely won't end well the way they are going about it at the moment just a month out from the season.Disagree in this pretty specific situation. Brentford gave him a chance when no other club would take him on, he has the Danish connection at the club, and it feels like the second the prettier girl at the dance gives him eyes he's off in a flash. It's not like he hasn't earned plenty of money at previous clubs, and if it's purely a money move it feels even dirtier. If United were playing CL football it would make slightly more sense, but nah.

Ajax offered him a contract when he trained with them before signing with Brentford.Disagree in this pretty specific situation. We may have offered him the biggest wage, I'm not sure. Imo Ten Hag was important.Erikesen is 30, not 36 and over the hill.
Showed an ability to still contribute at the highest level. Someone was going to come calling, MU must have offered the highest wage and he has taken advantage of it.
