It would be very unusual to see them keep their position long term. PE are usually in and out of deals every couple of years, 5 years max.

Yeah that was the worry before the sale and why there was the 10 year minimum agreement put in.

The latter is interesting, I think we would sell Soucek and replace him with Onana potentially.
