Bayern have kimmich and Goretzka.

Paris are in the farmers league. Debatable the swamp German wants to go there.

Only city looks the alternative but they seem into rice / Phillips (?)

Think it's great, nothing to prove at this point in his career and it's irrelevant whether he's playing off the bench in PL or for a bottom half Championship side like Cardiff, all about touch and fitness really.

More players should do it tbh. You see it a lot in Aussie Rules, with high profile players going back to local football to have a run around in their local community, or original club to put something back etc.

Personally would love to see someone like Bale just randomly go play for Wrexham for a season when money's no longer a factor, unfortunately for footballers, it generally is the deciding factor sadly.

World Cup is a bit different though as you are backing up every 4 days or so, so he would probably need more match fitness.

Given Lukaku has said he wants to leave, it seems certain that Havertz will continue playing at CF next season. So in that case Chelsea still need two right-sided forwards and there's nobody else currently besides Ziyech. The real logjam is on the left side where Hudson-Odoi, Werner and Pulisic all play. At least one of them is certainly gone.

I've actually never been to Wales. I've heard Cardiff is a shithole but that's from Swansea people.
