There's plenty of instances of people not breaking rules that aren't in the spirit of the rules. Clubs who loan a player to another club for the last year of their deal and take a loan fee so that they don't have to pay a sell on % to the previous club for example.

As I said to you yesterday, the Richard Wright and Rob Green types who Man City and Chelsea have signed over the years to be HG no3s fair enough, should be promoting an academy kid for that position

Wright did not play a single competitive game for City in his 4 year spell there for example and only played 3 times in the championship in the 2 seasons previous before signing for City

Forster played 19 PL games this season just gone and was Celtics number 1 on loan there 2 seasons ago, apples and oranges here, he will be our no2 and will play when Hugo is injured or in the cups, same scenario as when Hart was here under Jose.
