Because they pay people off the books into offshore accounts. Then why is there an ongoing investigation?
If it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck...

Possible, can't really see a place for him in the short term with Haaland and Alvarez coming in.There's a bit of talk we are trying to include Delap in the deal.
Is that from a tier 1 sourceBecause they pay people off the books into offshore accounts.

If we weren't willing to sell I could imagine a multi year loan could work. Haven't heard anything regarding Delap but it's not unrealistic.
The Guardian, Times and Telegraph. Is that from a tier 1 source
I think Palmer will get a look in with us, Pep seems to be putting him on the same trajectory as Foden with just a game here, game there and hopefully developing into a regular.Would prefer Palmer tbh, but I tend to agree with you, between Haaland, Alvarez, Foden etc, there's not much hope for Delap and Palmer in the short term.
Are you talking about the contract Mancini had with UAE before FFP existed. The Guardian, Times and Telegraph.
That's not what I am talking aboutAre you talking about the contract Mancini had with UAE before FFP existed.
You do know that he was working as a consultant with the UAE FA before he came to City don't you?
Oh, what then? That's not what I am talking about
Lol are you nuts. Haha.Let’s see if he is the best CF in the league. I’m not so sure and would not swap him for Harry Kane right now.
I did forget about the WC mid-season. With more compressed games I think it will make it more difficult for you guys to win everything but I might put a cheeky tenner on City doing the quadruple.Pretty hard to win three in a row, and I think the league will be harder for us to win than most think.
Cups we'll be in for, but it just takes a bad game (or a bad 5 minutes sometimes).
Yeah wasnt fussed last with Grealish and thought we would have a chance to beat them and we got damn close falling short by a point. But when you add a bloke like Haaland, I think that's the league done and dusted unfortunately. Particularly when we are losing Mane too.If only they were signing just Phillips/Grealish types we may have a chance. But when your adding Haalands as well theres not much hope.
Lol are you nuts. Haha.
That would be the easiest swap in the world. Kane is good but Haaland is next level and what about a decade younger!?
Benzema is probably the best CF in the world atm.Leaving their ages aside, Kane is a 3 time Golden Boot winner in the toughest league in the world. He is a better, more rounded player than Haaland and it's not even close. He also has a greater body of work at domestic and international level. The runs are already on the board. Haaland wasn't even the best striker in an inferior league.
Haaland, at best is the 3rd best striker in the world. At best. Lewandowski and Kane have him well covered right now.

I'd take Mbappe before all. Mbappe then Haaland, then Lewandowski, then Benzema, then Kane.Benzema is probably the best CF in the world atm.
I remember shortly after the takeover, people were all "what's.you do when the Sheikh gets bored" or "what'll you do when the oil runs out" (sportswashing mustn't haven't been invented back then).City need to hurry because petrol will be phased out in the next decade and they transition over to a desert team
The only CF to have a season close to Benzemas last season was Lewa, but its still behind the Frenchman's. He was phenomenal.I'd take Mbappe before all. Mbappe then Haaland, then Lewandowski, then Benzema, then Kane.
Fair but hard to ignore Mbappe and Haaland given their goal scoring records and their age. Also I dont think Lewa's season was behind the Frenchmans at all. Lewandowski scored 50 in 46 games. Pretty bloody ridiculous. Benzema got 44 in 46 which was still phenomenal also. The only CF to have a season close to Benzemas last season was Lewa, but its still behind the Frenchman's. I am talking form.
And lead his team to the League and the UCL cup.Fair but hard to ignore Mbappe and Haaland given their goal scoring records and their age.
