There could be a lot of changes to the Chelsea squad before the new season starts. Lukaku, Rudiger, Christensen gone. Probably Ziyech, Alonso, Azpi, Kante to follow. Werner could go as part of the Le Git deal. So they might need to sign another seven quality players.

There will be a lot of changes for us, talk is up to 6 new signings. Plus 4 or 5 loanees back into the squad.

Lukaku, Werner and Zyiech are gone(or soon to be gone) so we'll need a couple of forwards. Sounds like Sterling will be one and then either Dembele or Richarlison. I think(hope) Broja will stay, he'll be the only real 9 at the club so he'll get enough minutes.

CM we're fine. Kante will get another contract, Jorginho will probably wind his down another year and walk for nothing next summer and Gallagher will return and fit in nicely. Gilmore probs needs another loan, but he may stay. We'll go big and bring Declan home next season.

CB we'll be looking for 2. Sounds like with Marinas exit our interest in Kounde has stopped(apparently a board signing, not a TT one)kind of sucks as im a big fan of the dwarf. de Ligt would be the dream get, going to be hard but we are getting desperate so just need to do it(who the other CB is god knows atm). We'll have Colwill returning and maybe Ampadu depending on if we let Azpi leave. But this is our biggest area of concern.

WB we'll need a couple too, but we'll be looking for squad depth here. Maybe Emerson back from Lyon to replace Alonso and Dujon Sterling back from the Champs. Clauss who we are linked with sounds a smart buy.
