Hes confirmed in a video, the fee remains the same but there’s just been a complex restructure.

Barca are paying all of Leeds outgoings, commissions etc to meet the full value, but the transfer fee has been reduced to reduce the amount owed to Rennes slightly from a sell on fee %.
