its one of the most bizarre windows i can think of. how can a club be deferring wages for over 12 months on players just to register new ones be able to go out and buy the best striker in the world? and not getting him cheap either, its like 50 mil for a 33 year old. insanity. dont ever talk about ffp ever again.

plus i remember reading that with griezmann's contract size even atletico are struggling to get him registered.

Why aren't you playing him as a rotational guy in the first team? He will get enough minutes given all the comps you play in. Seems an odd one given that he is an academy player and is different to your other forwards. Isn't he the only genuine striker in your squad?

Even if he didn't work out then you'd be able to get a £30m bid from plenty of teams in 12 months time.

I guess he's the one pushing for a sale not us, maybe he doesn't want to fight and earn a spot which I think is strange from him as there is one there for him. He's our only true 9 in the squad atm.

While it's annoying seeing Colwill and Broja seemingly running from a challenge it makes me appreciate Ampadu and Gallagher so much more taking it head on.

Just hope we include buybacks for when they feel they are ready.
