Nice. Now lets burn number 9 and never give it out again.

Great news for D.Fofana, will get plenty of minutes through the rest of the season.
With 416 squad places to allocate not sure you can be so reckless as to retire a number.

Title: The Billion-Dollar Squad

FADE IN:

EXT. STAMFORD BRIDGE - DAY

Todd Boehly, the billionaire owner of Chelsea Football Club, walks towards the stadium with a purpose. He is determined to make a big move in the transfer market.

INT. CHELSEA BOARDROOM - DAY

Todd sits at the head of a large table surrounded by the club's executives and scouts. He holds up a sheet of paper with a list of every player in the league.

TODD: (Gesturing to the list) "Gentlemen, I come to you with a proposal that I believe will make Chelsea the most dominant team in the world. I want to buy every player in the league for our club."

EXECUTIVE 1: (Surprised) "Every player? That's... ambitious, Mr. Boehly. It would cost a fortune."

TODD: (Smiling confidently) "I understand that, but I'm willing to make that investment. Think about it: with every player in the league on our team, we'd be unstoppable. We could win every trophy and dominate European football for years to come."

The room falls silent as the executives consider Todd's proposal.

SCOUT 1: (Pensive) "But what about team chemistry? It's not just about having the best players, but having a team that works well together."

TODD: (Dismissive) "We'll figure it out. With the best coaches and training facilities, our team will be unbeatable."

The executives nod in agreement and the plan is set in motion. Over the course of the transfer window, Chelsea buys every player in the league for exorbitant sums of money.

As the new season begins, the team takes the field for their first match. The stadium is packed with fans eager to see the billion-dollar squad in action.

The match starts, and Chelsea's players quickly show their individual skill and talent. However, as the game progresses, it becomes clear that they lack the cohesion and teamwork of a true champion team. The opposing team, made up of less talented but well-coordinated players, manages to score a goal.

As the final whistle blows, Todd and the Chelsea executives realize their mistake. They had tried to buy success, but true success comes from teamwork and chemistry.

TODD: (Sighing) "Well, I guess money can't buy everything."

The camera fades to black as the Chelsea players walk off the field, defeated but with the realization that they need to work together as a team to succeed.
