His return next season will be like a new signing for Everton.

Just need to make sure that he doesn't play too many games triggering a Spurs add on clause.
I more meant as in he was at one time one of the hottest prospects in English football had the world in his palm and he can’t now even get a game in the Turkish league.

Predicting that Dele will do a Wilshere and retire within the next 15 months.

Wilshere retired due to injury though. Alli is only 26, plenty of money to be made still in the Middle East, USA etc.

He may even do a stint in the A-League (before Zidane98 jumps in).

The highest wage earner at MK Dons is on around £5,000 a week. Alli earns £100,000 a week right now. Why the heck would he even go back to MK Dons?

Because that's his level these days. Does he have long left on his Everton deal? Bearing in mind they have an incentive not to play him so they don't pay any add ons to Spurs.

His level could be a lot more money in the US or the Middle East. He doesn’t have to settle for the money he was probably earning when he was 17 years old, just because he isn’t good enough to play for a big club anymore.

Everton can pay 75% of his wages for the rest of his contract. Done deal.

He must be on some serious coin.

I was thinking the opposite, I'd assume he's on a pretty modest contract. He'd retired after all, so feel like it's more him giving back to the club that launched him, and obviously getting a taste of their publicity.

That is possible. I just remember watching this a while ago.

In short, Newcastle were after him. he didn't really want to go so asked for significant overs to make it worth his while as he would have had to relocate, had a young family, etc. Newcastle said yet to his terms and then Foster backed out anyway.
