We've been over this. At the wages the Saudis are paying fair market value is donuts. No other clubs (apart from the other 3 Saudi govt owned clubs) would cough up even a third of the wages the Saudis are paying considering the transfer fees offered.

You do like to try and paint it as a normal transaction between two clubs but it simply isn't and the Saudi government is heavily involved.

State backed clubs are simply a cancer on modern day football.

Think he’ll be a good fit for us.

Good age, only 22 but already performing at a really high level. Ranks highly in all chance creation categories.

Can play across the front 3 or in the advanced midfield positions. I suspect we’ll see him used either as a #8 in midfield or in the ‘Firmino role’ dropping in between the lines and linking the midfield and attack together.
