Was always a laughable claim. Sancho's obviously a class talent. Maybe the best thing is for Utd to look at offers around the 30-40 million mark in Jan. Sancho himself will have to accept a pay cut if he wants a fresh start (which seems the best thing for him atm if he can't resolve his ETH differences) unless he wants to head to Saudi Arabia.
But firstly ETH / Utd / Sancho should be working hard to resolve their differences behind closed doors before it gets to the point where the club has to cut its losses and sell for a lowball price in Jan.
