IIRC he genuinely won two of them for Madrid. Might have been a lazy campaigner but you'd have him in your team for a big game every time.

Can’t believe we both missed Carrick, Berbatov and Sheringham lol.

Sterling replacement, has a reasonable buyout too. But theres going to be better clubs than us chasing him so im not confident.

Sterling's on a 320 grand a week contract until 2027. I assume he will likely want to stay in the PL if he were to leave. Going to be diffficult to find a club that'll meet those wages and pay a decent transfer fee.

Yeah we've had this conversation a couple of times already.

Sounds like we’ll be active this window. Flog off Hall (£30m - Newcastle), Maatsen (£30m - Dortmund) and Gallagher (£60m - Tottenham) and that makes us compliant. Bit of extra cash should be made from Lukaku, Sterling and Cucurella.

You'll struggle to make any profit on Sterling, Lukaku and Cucarella imo. Best bet is flogging your kids (unfortunate side effect of current rules).

Middle East hopefully.

We have Broja, Kepa, Tino, Omari, Chalobah, Casadei, Sanchez, etc. Plenty of options to generate some funds.

Not against selling Nkunku either.
