Was injured and so gradually eased back into action.

By the time he was at match fitness Pedro, Welbeck and Rutter had all been in fine form.

We should have a recall clause in case one of them gets injured.

They haven't been paying his wages in full for ages. He has been trying to escape them. Guess they refused to release him so he waited until his contract ended.

Because he was one of the last to get his deal renewed on the mega bucks before they changed the rules lol. I don't think he was doing anything noble.
