I suspect part of it is we've hired his old GK coach at Brondby and Potter wants someone who's much better with the ball at his feet vs. Areola who's just really a shot stopper (albeit a good one).

Again, would much prefer Suzuki, but I think Parma want 30M+ for him, and we can't afford that with PSR concerns.

We do need an upgrade in midfield, but maybe it's because of how much of a dud Vlasic turned out to be, I'd be a bit wary.

Decent - it's a bit hard to judge based off last season with how deplorable we were.

You think? He's only 25. He obviously looked much better in a season we dominated, than one we got dominated in.

20m isn't that much but I have no idea how else you try and judge the value.

20m is chump change for PL clubs now. Pretty sure Chelsea offloaded some junk keeper for a decent fee this window.
