Under 21s dont count to the 25. Can have 50 u21s if you want and play them as you wish. You also do not need to have 25 players. You can have 17 and then 50 u21s for example so you dont need to complete the 25.

In saying that if you are playing European football you probably want as much depth as you can have id say so would be hard to see West Ham not getting to the 25

So it's not so much about not having enough English or 'home grown players' (HGP). As long as they don't name more than 17 players who are not HGP they can play as many HGPs as they like.

If you've got u21 players that are senior players but still on the books list, it's not that big problem if your A list is a few short.

How much is JWP going to cost? Apparently he ran the furthest of any PL player last season. With his free kicks and corners he could be a handy addition to the squad.
