Paqueta would be class for City, his form last 3 months for us was elite. They're after him as a replacement for Mahrez.

Whether he's worth that or not, the market is generally bonkers at this point.

Dont reckon Caicedo has any preference on which team to go to. It will just be about who pays him more and that will absolutely be Chelsea.

I think you just need to agree personally terms before bidding.
