Yeah I missed that when I originally posted.
Apparently there are already issues between Moyes and Steidten. Moyes only wants to sign players who are Premier League proven whilst Steidten wants young players with good data metrics who will have resale value.
Problem is with Moyes strategy, you have the likes of Man Utd wanting 45M for McTominay and Southampton 40M for JWP. This is why I wanted Moyes gone no matter what at the end of the season.

Seems like theres only 3m between us and you guys so I think a deal will be done shortly on Connor. I think youll love him if used correctly like Palace did.
That's the thing, if he's used correctly. Moyes will probably just play him as a DM.
But if he's used as a box to box midfielder who can press, we can do worse. I'd rather spend 45M on Gallagher than 40M on JWP, put it that way.
