It's not much nowadays. Top half clubs would be looking to make that amount from fringe players/kids. Mane is the only player of note they lost in the last two years (and Wijnaldum but he wasn't a sale).

They bought Diaz, Konate, Nunez, Gakpo, Carvalho for close to £200m in the same period.

It's likely you'll have to replace Kane next season anyway. Would much rather have close to £100m to at least try and get a bit of talent in.
