I think the whole plan for resigning him is to not have a release clause really. The release clause is 85M quid that becomes valid after he has played 2 seasons for us.

He gets kicked a lot and probably should be protected more.

Not saying he doesn't dive (I don't remember anything clearly), but his opponents get away with a lot.
