It was about 60m 2 months ago. By the time January comes it will be 150m

50-60 is realistic. Only the Saudis would even contemplate 100m. Not like he is a young player that'll give 8-10 years service.

Given the structure of the Raya deal, which appears to be designed solely to shift the transfer fee into the next financial year for FFP purposes, I don't see Arsenal doing any big money deals in January.

I don't see Ramsdale being sold until the Raya deal is finalised next summer.

Other than that, Arsenal don't have any surplus players with any value. The Timber injury means there is no scope to sell a defender. Our midfield dept is Elneny and Jorginio. ESR could generate some money, but he is injured again, and I don't see much interest in Nelson or Eddie, given both were coming out of contract when they resigned.

If Arsenal, Liverpool, Chelsea, Man City etc can loan Neves for £x million, Newcastle should be able to as well.

There's already rules in place to ensure loan moves between associated parties are made at fair market value, that should be good enough.

There's already rules in place to ensure loan moves between associated parties are made at fair market value, that should be good enough.

Arsenal & Liverpool don't have the opportunity to buy a player from one of their umbrella clubs & loan them to help out with FFP.

These deals should be allowed but the club loaning must take a FFP hit for 1 years worth of amortisation plus wages. The FFP hit should be the same as if they were buying them.

Unless there is evidence that they are being blocked from loaning players from the Saudi League at fair market value, Arsenal and Liverpool have exactly the same opportunity as Newcastle currently do.

Making Newcastle take a hit on the purchase value of a player they are only loaning is just another way of trying to stop their progress, nothing else.

Arsenal, Brentford, Brighton, Palace, Forrest and West Ham are all multi clubs too who could also vote against.

Pretty obvious a deal already in place for Toon to get Neves…probably always plan to replace Tonali. Can’t be serious that Arse and Pool have same opportunity
