No it's almost like it's a system set up to stop owners gambling clubs futures to get into the PL and go broke like Derby.

At a minimum Everton should be allowed to sell Branthwaite in this window in a way that will maximise the price they get for him.

Having to sell by the end of June will only lessen the price they get for him and benefit the clubs that already get the biggest benefit from FFP/PSR.

It's anti competitive.
